Here what goes into a frame modification package:

We remove the finger grooves and bevel out the inside of the trigger guard on a mill. As a standard upgrade we perform the  aftermarket ACCELERATOR CUT™ frame service. The Accelerator Cut™ service offers enhanced traction on the pistol. After the Accelerator Cut™ service is performed, muzzle rise is dramatically decreased and follow up shots are faster. We do a non traditional double undercut and dock the front of the trigger guard to serve as an additional indexing point. We finish the frame off with full stippling and offer Glock® Gen 4® back strap melding as well for no additional charge.

 

  1. ACCELERATOR CUT™ frame service provides a shelf for downward pressure to control muzzle rise.
  2. Optional Backstrap Meld (Gen 4® models only).
  3. Trigger Guard Bevel opens up the trigger guard, allowing easier access to the trigger even when wearing gloves.
  4. The Sled Cut provides a unique indexing point for the user.
  5. The Traditional Undercut allows the user to get closer to the bore axis.
  6. The Mag Release Speed Cut is performed on Gen 3 models and improves the accessibility of the Mag Release.
  7. By removing the finger grooves the ergonomics of the grip is improved and now improves fitment for a broader range of hand sizes. (Disclaimer: We do not remove finger grooves on Wide Frames.)
  8. After all these cuts are performed we finish the frame off with a stippling pattern that provides a comfortable grip texture.
