The AmmoCanX takes a real military ammunition can and transforms it into a unique and incredibly sounding bluetooth speaker.  The two 4 inch coaxial speakers, each with a 100Hz – 20kHz frequency response, give you the best sound quality for when you are out in the wilderness, laying on the beach or just relaxing at home. In addition, we take sound to a new level by building and mounting our own MDF box into the can to boost the base and prevent rattling.  4 inch coaxial speakers with 100Hz–20kHz frequency response
These speakers RULE! Two 4 inch coaxial speakers, each with a 100Hz – 20kHz frequency response, a nominal impedance of 4 Ohms, 30 Watts RMS – 60 Watts Max, and an 85 dB sensitivity @1 watt/1 meter. Also the THD is < 1% at 6W with 4-ohm speakers that we use which is about 75% volume and <10% at full blast ~8W. In other words, these amps help us achieve a super clean sound. We take sound to a new level by building and mounting our own MDF box into the can so that there is no rattling! Wait until you hear the clarity and bold sound from the AmmoCan X.
The military inspiration doesn’t just end with the ammo can shell. Inside, you’ll see we have included bad-ass trigger switches that light up to let you know when the power is on and when the Bluetooth is on. When you flip the switches, they’ll also likely make you feel a little bit like an actual fighter pilot, like our co-founder Mike.
And don't worry about your phone dying out on you either. The AmmoCan X also comes with a USB port that allows you to charge your phone at any time.

 Functionality

The AmmoCan X has a monster 12V battery and super efficient amp that allows for 20+ hours of playing time per charge. No need to worry about your phone's charge either as it includes 2 USB ports to charge! When the charge is empty, just plug the AmmoCan X into any standard outlet and it fully recharge in just a few hours. We have a red DC voltage button so that you can check how much juice your AmmoCan X has left at any time. Don’t know how to read a voltage meter? No worries, we’ve carved a handy cheat sheet into the aluminum face right next to the display. Just another small touch to add to the X’s rugged look.
